Application to be a beneficiary of the tournament
NOTE: Organizations applying for consideration as a beneficiary must be an approved 501c3 organization. State and Federal laws require that beneficiaries of our proceeds be a 501c3 organization.

Also note that if your organization is chosen as a beneficiary, you will need to supply volunteers to assist the day of the tournament in skill areas or cooking areas on the golf courses. The number of volunteers needed would be approximately 10-20 volunteers, depending on how many beneficiaries are selected for the year. The volunteer times are scheduled for AM, PM, and all day. Further information will be provided to those chosen organizations.
