Project: East Halls residence buildings, The Pennsylvania State University

Glenn O. Hawbaker, Inc. was contracted as a subcontractor under CLAYCO, out of St. Louis, to build two new residence halls at Penn State University in State College, Pennsylvania. The work consisted of excavation, installation of new water lines, sanitary lines and storm systems, paving, curb and sidewalks. Fourteen other buildings were also rehabilitated within this project.

GOH’s contribution to the overall project was completed in two phases. The first phase, Phase 1A, was completed in 2016 and consisted of the first new building, Earle Hall, and the rehab of two additional building. The second phase, Phase 1B, was completed in 2017 and contained the second new building, Martin Hall, and the rehab of two more buildings.
