Keeping track of those excavators, bulldozers, rollers, pavers, pick-up trucks, etc. and maintaining accurate records about them is imperative so the progress of our work is not delayed. Tracking equipment is one of the responsibilities of a Shop Administrative Assistant, but other duties include distributing necessary documents for equipment, collecting and tracking fuel documentation, communicating with various departments to maintain efficiency, and much more.
